Ancestral Healing

Service Description

We are our ancestors. Their experiences shaped their DNA and we inherited that genetic programming. In that way, our genetic codes are our ancestors’ own memories and experiences. Ancestral healing can help us embrace the gifts we received from those before us, and clear and reprogram what needs to heal. One of my favorite kinds of healing work, ancestor work helps rewrite our family stories with compassion, healing, and love. How it works: I am trained in several intuitive modalities, and over the years working on my own healing journey and helping others, I have developed my own style of energy work. I do my sessions somewhat like a remote therapy session. At our scheduled time, I call you and we talk through what you would like to address. I use energy work techniques to identify, address, process and release what needs to be cleared. I love working remotely so that you can be in whatever space you feel most safe and comfortable for your session, be that in your own room, or walking on your favorite forest trail, or in whatever space gives you the feeling of sanctuary. I call you at our scheduled time and we do the session over the phone. To prepare, get as comfortable as possible and stay hydrated because energy work can influence the body. Big feelings might come up, but my intent is always gentleness and only healing what is ready to be healed as comfortably as possible. Afterwards you might feel a little tired or a little wired. Any minor symptoms you may experience will dissipate quickly. Most people I work with say they leave the session feeling lighter, freer, more hopeful and heard.
